Selecting “Dynamic” Mode the wallpapers changes according to the position of the sun reproducing sunrise and sunset (on 8 pics wallpapers), instead the wallpapers with only 2 photos change between day and night.
You can besides select “still light” or “still dark” to keep the image still day or night.

Works without exploitation the GPS detector only uses the information Network !!!
Not require any other permissions!!!
Its a Beta Feature for now, please not set 1 star if not work fine.
Also not exploitation the GPS, it relies on the nighest professional weather station, in some cases it could be far away of not having the exact same weather conditions, but for reasons of privacy and battery consumption I didn’t want implement precise location.
