Overview: This versatile app lets you create your own forms and enter the information you want to capture.

This versatile app lets you create your own forms and enter the information you want to capture.

Your forms can allow entry of text, numbers, dates, times, check-box options, and drop-down lists of pre-defined belief. Once you have designed a form, you can easily share it with anyone other exploitation the app.

Entered information is stored in a informationbase on your phone, and can be shared with others by exportation to a CSV file. You can besides import information from a CSV file as long as the column name calling match the field name calling in your form.

To get you started, and show what is possible, the app comes pre-loaded with two example forms: a simple contacts book, and a driving log book.

What’s New:
3.2: Added a new field type called “Multi select drop down list” which allows multiple items to be chosen at once.
