This is a stopwatch that only increases until you stop (training or exercises, are finished) or you reach the time limit or the number of series.
This is a timer that will count each interval for the number of turns you specify.
The interval (one minute) can be changed and so you can perform E3MOM for example (each interval lasts 3 minutes).
This mode allows you to create your own sequence of times. If the EMOM or TABATA mode is not flexible enough it allows you to have better control over the timer. Practice during interval training or cardio!
