E Título Apk is an official application developed by the Supreme Court of Justice that acts as a digital version of your voter identification card. Following the trend of other public sectors (such as Denatran, which is already offered by CNH Digital), the TSE decided to offer Brazilians this opportunity and always have this document on their smartphone.
When first opened, the web user is asked to provide some basic information, such as title number, full name (except parental names), and date of birth. If your document already contains the new standard and QR code, this image is easy to read so the program can capture the data immediately.
Finalized! If all goes well, you should now be able to see a scanned version of your title, with an image on the right and the same “layout” as the printed document. E Title Apk is also valid and can usually be produced at the ballot box if you lose the paper or forget to take it to your voter.

Access to voter registration information. Voters can access all the data of their printed Voter Credential through the App application. This digital option ensures mobility. Who doesn’t have a cell phone these days, right?
Simple setup. The login setup is simple and functional. The main screen ensures a very good delivery of E Title data before the screen breaks. Below is a QR code that contains the digital document validation code.
Icons provide access to the home screen, the polling place, notifications, and additional options. The latter includes access to documents, voting equity, and other options (document approval, vote credit, registration as a volunteer, access to third-party polling stations).
Finally, the application shows some help options such as FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) and security such as password change.
Security improvements. As of the latest version, it is possible to enter a 6-digit numeric password. Furthermore, access to data such as credentials is only possible after completing the questionnaire. The voter must answer the completed questions during the final registration at the Electoral Tribunal.
electoral support. It is possible to submit a Notice of Absence request entirely online through E Title. If they wish, voters can consult the nearest address to personally support their absentee.
Electoral act. Prior to submitting the application, the voter certificate was requested through the TSE website or in person at the Regional Electoral Tribunal. Today, voter registration or criminal records can be obtained directly through the latest version of E Title.
