4.19 update moves “Hide Tether Usage ” for USB and Bluetooth mode on the side of the phone so that it can be used to connect Mac or tablets. Android 2.2 or lower phones should not update .
PdaNet + now contains two PdaNet ( USB or Bluetooth) and FoxFi (WiFi mode, may not work on your phone – details below ) . Now you can share the Internet connection of your cell phone with your PC or tablet , or through USB , Bluetooth or even Wi -Fi Hotspot on some phone models.
USB mode works on all Android phones . It allows connection from Windows PC or Mac.
Because locks by each phone update the system, the WiFi mode will be allowed on a short list of compatible devices.
