Storing information Safely
– The server storage feature of the game information is activated when synchronizeed with a social account.
– The game information is stored in the server only at certain moments of gameplay and is not stored perpetually in real-time.
– To safely store the information, please manually save it in the server regularly by exploitation the server save icon on the upper right side of the game screen.

Notes for switch Devices
1. To transfer information to a new device when switch your device, you must first synchronize with your social account.
2. After synchronizeing with your social account, use the server save icon on the upper right to manually save your information on a manual save slot.
3. Log in with the same social account from your new device, load the information you stored from your previous device and play the game.

Notes for Updating>/b?
– restaurant Heroes’ updates are done manually through the store page.
– If your restaurant Heroes does not update usually, please try the following method.
1. Restart the device and try again
2. Device settings – applications – select Google Play store application – storage space – delete cache – restart and try to update again
※ The update time may differ depending on your device, so please wait a piece thirster if the above method does not work.
※ Deleting the app may reset some of the progressed information.
