Dice Hero uses idle gameplay mechanics that appeal to more casual players. When not actively rolling dice or fighting battles, your team of heroes still gains experience and gold over time. You can build your best team to continue progressing even when you’re not playing. Your resources will also be automatically collected from buildings such as farms, mines and sawmills. This means that progress continues even if you can only actively play for short periods of time. Inactive progression gives a reason to return often to spend your accumulated resources. But it doesn’t require you to be glued to the screen for hours like some RPGs. Idle features adapt perfectly to mobile gameplay during brief sessions.
