Every day you will find your mental health status and shirk. Both can be restored by sleep – which is also a good way to pass the time. You will not always be allowed to sleep, but, if the consumption of food and drink fills the gap.
You may find that you need to go to the bathroom from time to time, in which case you have to run to the bathroom! If not, you can find a toilet to sit on or take some toilet paper to save your blushes.
